Schedule 3, paragraph 16

In Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978, after the definition of “The Treasury” insert— “Trust of land” and “trustees of land”, in relation to England and Wales, have the same meanings as in the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
