Schedule 3, paragraph 4(11)

In section 42— in subsection (1)(a), for the words “trust for sale” substitute “ trust of land ”, and in subsection (2)— in paragraph (a), for the words “a conveyance on trust for sale” substitute “ land ”, and in paragraph (b), for the words “on trust for sale” substitute “ in trust ”.
