Schedule 3, paragraph 4(5)

In section 18— in subsection (1)— after the word “settled” insert “ or held subject to a trust of land ”, and for the words “trustee for sale” substitute “ trustee of land ”, and in subsection (2)(b), for the words “of the land or of the proceeds of sale” substitute “ or trust ”.
