Schedule 3, paragraph 6(2)

In section 39(1)— in paragraph (i), at the beginning insert “as respects the personal estate,”, for paragraph (ii) substitute— as respects the real estate, all the functions conferred on them by Part I of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996; in paragraph (iii), for the words “conferred by statute on trustees for sale, and” substitute “ necessary ”.
