Section 27

This Act may be cited as the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. This Act comes into force on such day as the Lord Chancellor appoints by order made by statutory instrument. Subject to subsection (4), the provisions of this Act extend only to England and Wales. The repeal in section 30(2) of the Agriculture Act 1970 extends only to Northern Ireland.
