Schedule 10, Part IV, paragraph 10(5)

In section 28 (orders for securing compliance with certain provisions), in subsection (5), after paragraph (aa), omit “or” and after paragraph (b), insert or that the most appropriate way of proceeding is under the Competition Act 1998.
