Schedule 10, Part IV, paragraph 13(5)

In section 17 (modification by order under other enactments)— in subsection (1), omit paragraph (b) and the “or” immediately before it; in subsection (2)— after paragraph (a), insert “ or ”; omit paragraph (c) and the “or” immediately before it; in subsection (4), omit “or the 1980 Act”.
