Schedule 10, Part V, paragraph 17(5)

In Article 28 (orders for securing compliance), in paragraph (5), after sub-paragraph (b), omit “or” and after sub-paragraph (c), insert or that the most appropriate way of proceeding is under the Competition Act 1998.
