Schedule 12, paragraph 19

The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 is amended as follows. Omit— section 10 (restrictive trade practices: non-notifiable agreements); and section 11 (registration of commercially sensitive information). In section 12 (anti-competitive practices: competition references), omit subsections (1) to (6). In Schedule 4, omit paragraph 1. In Schedule 11 (miscellaneous deregulatory provisions: consequential amendments), in paragraph 4, omit sub-paragraphs (3) to (7).
