In section 10(3) of the Estate Agents Act 1979 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (a)— omit “or the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976”; and after “the Coal Industry Act 1994”, insert “ or the Competition Act 1998 ”.
