The provisions are— sections 2(2), 35(3), 37(1) and 40(1) of the RTPA and paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to that Act; section 4(1) of the RTPA so far as the application relates to an order under section 2(2) of that Act; and section 25(2) of the RPA.
