Schedule 13, Part III, paragraph 9

An order in force immediately before the starting date under— ceases to have effect on that date. section 2(2), 29(1), 30(1), 33(4), 35(3) or 37(1) of the RTPA; or section 25(2) of the RPA, An approval in force immediately before the starting date under section 32 of the RTPA ceases to have effect on that date.
