Schedule 13, Part IV, Chapter II, paragraph 14(3)

In sub-paragraph (2) “exempt provisions” means those provisions of the agreement which would, disregarding section 14 of the RPA, be— void as a result of section 9(1) of the RPA; or unlawful as a result of section 9(2) or 11 of the RPA.
