Schedule 13, Part VI, paragraph 44

The repeals made by section 1 do not affect— the operation of section 25 of the Competition Act 1980 in relation to an application under section 1(3) of the RTPA which is made before the starting date; an application under section 26 of the Competition Act 1980 which is made before the starting date.
