Schedule 3, paragraph 10(1)

The Chapter 1 prohibition does not apply to an agreement to the extent that it is an agreement between the members of a recognised interbranch organisation that has the object of carrying out one or more specified activities, provided that the condition in sub-paragraph (2) is also met. This exclusion is referred to in this paragraph as the “RIBO exclusion”.
