Schedule 3, paragraph 10(6)

In this paragraph— “recognised interbranch organisation” means an organisation of agricultural businesses recognised under section 30 of the Agriculture Act 2020; “specified activities” means the activities specified in regulations under section 30(6)(e) of that Act.
