Schedule 8A, Part 5, paragraph 22(1)

This paragraph applies where— a dispute arising from an infringement of competition law is the subject of a consensual dispute resolution process, a competition claim is made which arises from the dispute, and the claimant and the defendant participated in the consensual dispute resolution process.
