Schedule 8A, Part 5, paragraph 23(5)

Where— the limitation or prescriptive period for the claim is to be treated as expiring at the end of that 6 month period. there is a period of collective proceedings in relation to a competition claim, and but for this sub-paragraph, the limitation or prescriptive period would expire before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the day after the day on which the period of collective proceedings ends,
