Schedule 8A, Part 5, paragraph 24(4)

In this paragraph, “relevant person” means— in relation to a competition claim within paragraph 2(2)(a), a person who suffered the loss or damages that is the subject of the claim; in relation to a competition claim within paragraph 2(2)(b), the pursuer.
