Schedule 9, paragraph 9

Rules may make provision as to— the circumstances in which the CMA may— impose conditions or obligations in relation to an assimilated exemption, vary or remove any such conditions or obligations, impose additional conditions or obligations, or cancel the exemption; as to the procedure to be followed by the CMA if it is acting under section 10(5); the form and manner in which notice of a decision to take any of the steps in sub-paragraph (a) is to be given; the circumstances in which an exemption may be cancelled with retrospective effect.
