Section 10(5)

In such circumstances and manner as may be specified in rules made under section 51, the CMA may— impose conditions or obligations subject to which an assimilated exemption is to have effect in respect of an agreement; vary or remove any such condition or obligation; impose one or more additional conditions or obligations; cancel the exemption in respect of an agreement.
