Section 22

A person who applies for conduct to be considered under this section must— notify the OFT of it; and apply to the OFT for a decision. On an application under this section, the OFT may make a decision as to— whether the Chapter II prohibition has been infringed; and if it has not been infringed, whether that is because of the effect of an exclusion.
