Section 25A(1)

Where the CMA decides to conduct an investigation it may publish a notice which may, in particular— state its decision to do so; indicate which of subsections (2), (4) and (6) of section 25 the investigation falls under; summarise the matter being investigated; identify any undertaking whose activities are being investigated as part of the investigation; identify the market which is or was affected by the matter being investigated.
