Section 25A(3)

Subsection (4) applies if— the CMA has published a notice under subsection (1) which identifies an undertaking whose activities are being investigated, and the CMA subsequently decides (without making a decision within the meaning given by section 31(2)) to terminate the investigation of the activities of the undertaking so identified.
