Section 25B(1)

Subsection (2) applies where a person knows or suspects that— an investigation by the CMA under section 25 is being or is likely to be carried out , or the CMA is assisting, or is likely to assist, an overseas regulator in carrying out any of its functions which correspond or are similar to the functions of the CMA under this Part (see Chapter 2 of Part 5 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).
