Section 33

If the CMA has made a decision that conduct infringes the Chapter II prohibition ... , it may give to such person or persons as it considers appropriate such directions as it considers appropriate to bring the infringement to an end. Subsection (1) applies whether the OFT’s decision is made on its own initiative or on an application made to it under this Part. A direction under this section may, in particular, include provision— requiring the person concerned to modify the conduct in question; or requiring him to cease that conduct. A direction under this section must be given in writing.
