Section 54(6)

Provision made by virtue of subsection (5)(c) may provide for questions to be referred to and determined by the Secretary of State , the CMA or by such other person as may — prescribe circumstances in which the CMA may decide that, in a particular case, it is to exercise Part 1 functions in respect of the case rather than a regulator; be prescribed.
