Schedule 10A, Part 3, paragraph 8(2)

References in this Schedule to the issuer of securities are— in relation to a depositary receipt, derivative instrument or other financial instrument representing securities where the issuer of the securities represented has consented to the admission of the instrument to trading as mentioned in paragraph 1(1), to the issuer of the securities represented; in any other case, to the person who issued the securities.
