Schedule 17, Part II, paragraph 5

The scheme operator must appoint one member of the panel to act as Chief Ombudsman. The Chief Ombudsman is to be appointed on such terms (including terms as to the duration and termination of his appointment) as the scheme operator considers appropriate.
