Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 22

Section 347 (record of authorised persons, recognised investment exchanges, etc),. so far as it relates to recognised investment exchanges, applies in relation to the Bank as if references in that section to a recognised investment exchange were to a recognised clearing house , third country central counterparty , a third country CSD or a recognised CSD so far as it relates to approved persons, applies in relation to the Bank as if references in that section to an approved person were to a person in relation to whom the Bank has given approval under section 309G.
