Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 23A

Section 354B (co-operation) applies in relation to the Bank for the purposes of, or in the discharge of, any of its functions under— the EMIR regulation; the CSD regulation; the SFT regulation; any EU regulation, originally made under the CSD regulation or the SFT regulation, which is assimilated direct legislation; or any subordinate legislation (within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978) made under the CSD regulation, or the SFT regulation, on or after IP completion day.
