Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 25

In the case of any regulated activity which is carried on for the purposes of, or in connection with, the provision of clearing services, the reference to the FCA in section 375(1) is to be read as including a reference to the Bank. In the case of any regulated activity which is carried on for the purposes of, or in connection with, the provision of any service mentioned in section 285(3D), the reference to the FCA in section 375(1) is to be read as including a reference to the Bank.
