Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 29

The provisions of Part 26 of this Act (notices) apply, in relation to a warning or decision notice given by the Bank under section 55X(2) or (4), 192L, 309C, 309D, 309M, 309P, 309V, 309Z4, 312G , 312H or 312S as they apply in relation to such a notice given by the FCA under that section. in relation to a notice under section 309R(5), (8) or (10)(b) as they apply in relation to such a notice given by the FCA under those provisions.
