Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 31A(1)

The following provisions of Part 28 of this Act apply in relation to the exercise by the Bank of its FMI functions with the modifications in sub-paragraphs (2) and (3)— section 409A (consultation in relation to deference decisions), and section 409B (notification in relation to international trade obligations).
