Schedule 17A, Part 2, paragraph 9

The provisions of this Act mentioned in this Part of this Schedule are to apply in relation to the Bank of England in accordance with the provision made by this Part of this Schedule. In any case where sub-paragraph (1) applies— any reference in this Act to the FCA or the PRA which is contained in, or relates to, any of those provisions (however expressed) is to be read as a reference to the Bank; and this Act has effect with any other necessary modifications.
