Schedule 1ZA, Part 1, paragraph 12(6)

If the FCA proposes to alter any of the arrangements which have been included in the notice given under sub-paragraph (5), it must— give reasonable notice of the alteration, and publish that notice in the way appearing to the FCA to be best calculated to bring it to the attention of the public.
