Schedule 20, paragraph 5

The Finance Act 1991 is amended as follows. In section 47 (investor protection schemes), omit subsections (1), (2) and (4). In section 116 (investment exchanges and clearing houses: stamp duty), in subsection (4)(b), for “Financial Services Act 1986” substitute “ Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ”.
