Schedule 2, Part II, paragraph 23

Rights under any contract under which one person provides another with credit. “Credit” includes any cash loan or other financial accommodation. “Cash” includes money in any form. It is immaterial for the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) whether or not the obligation of the borrower is secured on property of any kind.
