Schedule 2A, Part 13, paragraph 82

A UK regulator or the scheme manager must, on a request from the Treasury, prepare and send to the Treasury a report on a matter specified in the request. The Treasury may only make a request under this paragraph for a report that they reasonably require in connection with the exercise of their functions under— this Schedule, or section 32A. A request for a report under this paragraph— must be made in writing, and may require the UK regulator or scheme manager to send the report to the Treasury before a date specified in the request.
