Schedule 2A, Part 2, paragraph 11(1)

The restrictions in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 do not apply in relation to regulations under paragraph 5 to the extent that the regulations— revoke other regulations under paragraph 5, or otherwise amend other regulations under paragraph 5 in order to withdraw the Treasury's approval of an activity.
