Schedule 2A, Part 2, paragraph 7(2)

In this paragraph— “consumers” has the meaning given in section 1G; “financial crime” has the meaning given in section 1H; “public funds” means the Consolidated Fund and any other account or source of money which cannot be drawn or spent other than by, or with the authority of, the Treasury; “the relevant markets” means the markets for services provided by persons carrying on the regulated activity or approved activity (as appropriate) to which the regulations relate.
