Schedule 6, Part 1B, paragraph 2F(2)

The matters which are relevant in determining whether A satisfies the condition in sub-paragraph (1) include— whether the business model is compatible with A’s affairs being conducted, and continuing to be conducted, in a sound and prudent manner; the interests of consumers; the integrity of the UK financial system.
