Where the FCA decides to vary or cancel an authorised person's Part 4A permission under paragraph 1, the FCA must give the person a notice in writing setting out— in a case where the FCA varies the permission, the variation, the date on which the variation or cancellation takes effect, and the person's power to make an application under paragraph 4.
