Schedule 6A, paragraph 7(1)

This paragraph applies where the FCA— decides to vary or cancel an authorised person's Part 4A permission under paragraph 1, receives an application from the person under paragraph 4 in respect of that decision, and has disposed of that application under paragraph 5(2).
