Section 122A(5)

In this section— “person closely associated” has the meaning given in Article 3.1(26) of the market abuse regulation (see section 131AC (meaning of “persons closely associated” in the market abuse regulation)); and “person discharging managerial responsibilities” has the meaning given in Article 3.1(25) of the market abuse regulation.
