Section 131AC

In Article 3.1(26)(a) (definitions) of the market abuse regulation “partner considered to be equivalent to a spouse” includes a civil partner. In Article 3.1(26)(b) of the market abuse regulation “dependent child” means a child who— is under the age of 18 years; is unmarried; and does not have a civil partner. In this section “child” includes a stepchild.
