Section 137FBC(2)

If the FCA makes rules under subsection (1) it must— make general rules regulating pension schemes that have given (and not withdrawn) a notice of the kind mentioned in subsection (1), and publish and maintain a list of FCA-regulated pension schemes, and arrangements under such schemes, in accordance with subsections (3) and (4).
