If either regulator makes, alters or revokes any rules, that regulator must without delay give written notice to the Treasury. The FCA must also give written notice to the Bank of England. Subsection (1A) does not apply to rules made under or by virtue of section 137FAA, 137FB, 137FBA, , 137FC , 137SA , 137SB ... or 333T.
