Section 140G

A regulator must, within 90 days after the day on which it receives section 140B advice, publish a response stating how it proposes to deal with the advice and in particular— whether it has decided to take any action, or to take no action, in response to the advice, if it has decided to take action, what action it proposes to take, and its reasons for its proposals. Publication is to be in such manner as the regulator thinks fit.
