If, having considered any representations made by the parent undertaking, the FCA decides— it must give the parent undertaking a written notice. not to impose the requirement or vary the requirement in the way proposed, to impose a different requirement or vary the requirement in a different way, or to rescind a requirement or variation which has effect,
